Pain point: Random material picking when the loading tray is not full is easily to trigger the vacuum alarm, and the logic of the platform change in the clearing mode conflicts.
Solution:
- Shield the vacuum alarm from interference in the clearing mode
- Dynamically scan the material position (Pos1→Pos3) when the platform changes position, and automatically jump to the position when there is no material
- The material discharge logic only verifies the suction nozzle without material status to avoid misjudgment of the number of platforms
2. Detection module - dual-mode precise adaptation
Contradiction: GRR mode (double-station batch inspection) and spot inspection mode (single-station sampling inspection) coexist, and fixed suction nozzle material picking is prone to interference.
Solution:
- The spot inspection mode enables the suction nozzle priority algorithm (No. 1→No. 2 progressive avoidance)
- GRR mode is integrated into the main production line, and the spot inspection mode independently controls the number of turntable rotations
