Pain Points:
When the feeding tray is not full, random picking of materials easily triggers vacuum alarms, and there are conflicts in the tray switching logic during the cleaning mode.
Solution:
Suppresses vacuum alarm interference in cleaning mode.
Dynamically scans for material presence during tray switching (Pos1→Pos3), automatically skipping positions without material.
The dispensing logic only verifies the absence of material on the nozzle, avoiding misjudgment of the number of trays.
Inspection Module - Dual-Mode Precise Adaptation
Conflict:
The GRR mode (dual-station batch inspection) and the spot inspection mode (single-station sampling inspection) coexist, and the fixed suction nozzles are prone to interference during material handling.
Solution:
The spot inspection mode utilizes a suction nozzle priority algorithm (1st → 2nd nozzle progressive avoidance).
The GRR mode is integrated into the main production line, while the spot inspection mode independently controls the turntable rotation cycles.
Material Handling Module - Five Result Categories with Zero Gap Management

The five results (OK/NG/NG1/NG2/NG3) need to be arranged without any gaps.

Real-time calculation of available tray slots (n × m - a) and outputting coordinates.
Three-level material placement strategy: Prioritize processing OK materials → sequentially check NG material trays → nozzle collaboration to prevent collisions.
