03 Motion Control Card
Lingchen motion control card can control up to 32 motion axes, and can simultaneously support control of up to 512 DI points and 512 DO points, with a maximum bus communication cycle of 250µs. In terms of motion, it supports single-axis relative motion, absolute motion, jogging motion, and driver homing motion; multi-axis interpolation; multi-axis point table motion; electronic gear motion, and other functions.

04 LMC Series Motion Controller
The Lingchen LMC Series Motion Controller is designed based on an open hard real-time kernel (jitter < ±0.3 μs), completely addressing the non-real-time issues of traditional Windows platforms, ensuring the determinacy and immediate response of multi-axis commands. Installation is extremely convenient, requiring only a single network cable for connection, and with efficient asynchronous communication technology, it can synchronously issue and control motion commands for up to 12 axes within 1 millisecond.

05 NAC Series High-Performance Motion Controllers
Lingchen's NAC controllers focus on powerful bus expansion, supporting 4 EtherCAT masters, which allows precise control of up to 256 axes per station and a total of 4096 I/Os. Their motion control capabilities are comprehensive and robust: they not only handle basic point-to-point, linear, and circular interpolation but also support advanced features like 5-axis interpolation, trajectory spline smoothing, and dynamic coordinate systems. They come with built-in vibration suppression, soft landing, and high-precision position comparison output. With 8 independent interpolation units and continuous interpolation capabilities, they can handle complex trajectories and high-speed synchronization. The development environment is open and flexible, supporting multiple languages like C, C#, and Python, and allows direct programming in real-time systems, greatly improving integration and debugging efficiency.

06 PLC Motion Controller
Lingchen PLC controllers strictly comply with the PLCopen specifications and the IEC-61131-3 international standard. They feature high performance, compact size, and modular design, making them easy to develop and flexible to deploy. They are widely applicable to automation equipment and production line systems in fields such as 3C, lithium batteries, packaging, and printing. They can also be expanded as network communication nodes in combined production lines for logistics, automotive, and daily necessities, meeting the requirements for internal/external network isolation, high-speed bus communication, and real-time data processing, providing a stable and reliable control core for various industrial scenarios.

Lingchen Industrial Network Card is specifically designed for harsh industrial environments, featuring 10/100/1000Mbps adaptive capability, providing a stable and reliable high-speed network connection. It has operational characteristics such as anti-interference, surge protection, and wide temperature tolerance, making it widely applicable in critical scenarios like motion control, machine vision, and automation systems. The product adopts a flexible installation design (standard full-height bracket, optional half-height bracket) and can be widely integrated into various intelligent manufacturing equipment and industrial networks.

LC/LD Series Expandable IO Modules: Support multiple protocols such as EtherCAT, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, etc., and can flexibly expand digital, analog, temperature, pressure, pulse, and other acquisition modules.
