I. Core Functions and Technical Parameters

1. Multi-channel synchronous acquisition capability: Encoder acquisition: Supports 2-channel differential input (AB phase signals), receiving frequency 20MHz. Analog input: 4-channel 16-bit resolution, supports ±10V voltage input, sampling rate up to 20kHz.

2. Intelligent triggering and latching voltage threshold triggering: 2 channels support ±10V threshold setting. When the analog voltage exceeds or falls below the threshold, a level inversion is triggered. This level signal can be connected to the driver limit switch, thereby triggering the shaft to stop immediately. Position latching function: 2 latching channels (LTC+/-). Upon detecting a 5V voltage difference, the current encoder position is immediately stored in the FIFO queue, ensuring accurate capture of critical displacement data.

3. Flexible working modes: Polling mode: Real-time reading of 2-channel encoder position coordinates and 4-channel analog voltage values, suitable for routine monitoring. Continuous acquisition mode: The main function, enabling synchronous acquisition of encoder position and analog data, ensuring one-to-one correspondence between the two sets of data. A single continuous acquisition sample size can reach 200K, with a maximum sampling rate of 20kHz.

Scenario 1: Button Pressure and Displacement Monitoring Background: To test the relationship between spring force and displacement during button pressing, verifying product durability and tactile consistency. Implementation: The encoder records the displacement of the pressing shaft in real time and outputs an AB phase differential signal to the C2A4 module; the pressure sensor converts the button spring force into a voltage signal, which is transmitted to the C2A4 through the analog channel. Advantages: Synchronous acquisition ensures a complete pressure-displacement curve; 200K sample size supports long-cycle motion analysis.

Scenario 2: Laptop Flip Angle and Torque Monitoring Background: To detect torque changes in the flip hinge at different angles and optimize the structural design. Implementation: The encoder monitors the flip angle and outputs real-time position data through AB phases; the torque sensor converts the torque value into a voltage signal, which is synchronously acquired by the C2A4. Advantages: 20kHz sampling rate accurately captures dynamic changes; threshold trigger function allows setting torque alarm thresholds.
